1. Licensed, Not Sold

surRIHL visuals are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited right to use the visuals under this License. surRIHL retains all ownership and intellectual property rights.

2. License Grant

During an active subscription, surRIHL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the visuals made available to you through the Service, solely in accordance with your plan tier and this License.

3. What You Can Do

Use visuals for live venue playback, performances, and event environments
Display visuals on screens, projectors, LED walls, and similar display systems
Adjust playback timing, layering, and sequencing for performance use
Crop or resize for aspect ratio fit (16:9 and 21:9) without removing branding or ownership notices, if present

4. Plan-Specific Rights

Club

Use in a single venue or a personal setup
In-venue playback and live performance use
Not transferable between unrelated venues or businesses

Venue Pro

Use across multiple venues, touring setups, and professional event environments
Installations and multi-location operations permitted

5. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

Share, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the files to anyone else
Upload visuals to stock platforms, content libraries, or “visual packs” marketplaces
Mint, tokenize, or sell visuals as NFTs or similar digital collectibles
Use visuals to train AI, machine learning models, or datasets (including style training)
Use visuals in advertising, broadcast, or paid media placements without written permission
Claim ownership or authorship of surRIHL visuals
Remove watermarks or ownership notices if they exist

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If we detect suspicious sharing or unusual download activity, we may suspend access while we investigate.

7. Term & Termination

This License is active only while your subscription is active and you comply with the Terms and this License. This License automatically ends if your subscription ends or if you violate any restriction.

Upon termination, you must stop using the visuals and delete any copies not required for archival business records.

8. Enforcement & Remedies

Unauthorized redistribution harms the creators and the community. surRIHL may enforce this License through account suspension, revocation of access, and legal remedies where appropriate.
