1. What surRIHL Provides

surRIHL provides subscription-based digital visual content intended for live performance, venue playback, and creative environments. All content is delivered digitally.

2. Digital Products & No Refunds

All surRIHL products are digital products with immediate access upon purchase.

All sales are final. surRIHL does not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds for any reason.

3. License, Not Ownership

You receive a license to use surRIHL visuals, not ownership. All visuals remain the exclusive intellectual property of surRIHL.

Usage is governed by the License Agreement.

4. Subscription Access & Drop Rotation

Drops rotate on the 25th of every month
Access to prior drops may be removed
Active subscription required
Content may change at any time

Permanent access to any drop is not guaranteed.

5. Plan Tiers

Club

Single venue or personal setup
Live playback only

Venue Pro

Multiple venues and touring setups
Professional installations

6. Prohibited Uses

Redistribution or resale
Stock libraries or content platforms
NFTs or tokenization
AI or machine-learning training
Advertising or broadcast without permission

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

surRIHL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

9. Termination

surRIHL may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or non-payment. All licenses end immediately upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
